Contractors conduct field surveys that may include a hazard and condition assessment, an ITV exterior survey, or a variety of interior surveys, including High Value Dwelling and Commercial Lines Surveys. Contractors must have sufficient and demonstrated experience conducting field underwriting inspections. CIS Group does not provide field service training. Certification is required to perform commercial surveys.
